Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) -is currently seeking Experienced Production Test Electrical Assemblers (Level B or Level C) to join the 787 Program in -North Charleston, South Carolina on a Variable Shift!In this position you will perform complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools.Primary Responsibilities: - - -

• Performs functional testing of aircraft electrical systems and components as well as perform aircraft systems troubleshooting and fault repair.
• Assesses and documents test or analysis data to show compliance.
• Performs complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools.
• Identifies roadblocks and production constraints escalating issues which cannot be resolved by the team using open and clear communication.
• Supports teammates to improve overall team performance by providing cross training and mentoring.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. - The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. -120.15 is required. - "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. -Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
  • Ability to work a variable shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd )
  • 1+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing
  • 1+ years of experience in electrical assembly and/or electronic materials
  • 1+ years of experience in avionics systems troubleshooting, wire bundle installations, and aircraft electrical systems troubles
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications, in English.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
    • 1+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience with functional testing of aircraft electrical systems
    • Functional testing of IFE systems knowledge
    • Aircraft systems troubleshooting and fault repair experience
