BCBA designs, implements, oversees, and supervises therapy programs
to support our persons in services needing applied behavior
analysis and related supports to improve their daily functioning
and autonomy. This position utilizes ABA techniques such as
positive reinforcement, shaping, prompt fading and task analysis to
create individualized plans for clients, families, and teams to
implement. Additionally, they are responsible for designing and
monitoring data collection to support the evaluation of behaviors
and monitor progress. This position is responsible for monitoring
the services delivered to the client and family, and for managing
personnel issues.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAble to lead
cross functional teams in support of clients treatment
planAdminister assessments (e.g., ABLS-RR, AFLS) and create goals
based off the assessments.Assesses the individuals performance and
implements treatment based on established goals, including but not
limited to the FBA (i.e., Functional Behavior Assessment, Behavior
Support Plans, Behavior Reduction Plans).Serves, communicates, and
consults as a member of an interdisciplinary team.Provides training
and education to staff, caregivers, and other stakeholders.Provides
feedback and ongoing support to Registered Behavior
TechniciansParticipates in ongoing treatment meetings, as well as
staff meetings and professional development opportunitiesSupervises
Registered Behavior Technicians and ensures the maintenance of
their credentials.SKILLS AND ABILITIESTo perform this job

Certifications Required, but willing to consider candidates that

Requirements through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

REQUIREMENTS:Licensed or able to seek licensure through the State
of MissouriCredentialed or eligible to be through private insurance
companiesExcellent Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint skillsStrong
