Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated Part-Time RN to
join our Float Pool team, providing exceptional nursing care across
various departments within our healthcare system. This position
requires a passion for adaptable patient care, offering a unique

nursing care in varying departments based on daily needs.
Participate in patient assessments and deliver tailored treatment
plans. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
Take part in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive
patient care. Maintain up-to-date patient records and comply with
healthcare regulations. Engage with patients and their families to
educate and inform them of care processes. Guide and supervise
junior nursing staff. Strong adaptability and flexibility across
varied healthcare environments Excellent communication and
collaboration abilities Proficient in using medical software for
patient care management Critical thinking and problem-solving
skills Ability to manage stress effectively in high-pressure
situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the
state of practice. BLS certified; ACLS certification preferred.
Additional certifications may be required depending on the
department.
