Location: Mount Pleasant campus Potential Hours: Every Wednesday morning 9:00am -12:00pm for 8-10 weeks, starting February 2, 2026 to help support Sisterhood Mornings at our Mount Pleasant campus. Up to 15 hours available as needed for other events, including Evening Childcare if interested. This position reports to: Lil Coasters & MTP Childcare Manager Key Responsibilities: A Heart to Serve Provide age appropriate childcare during approved Seacoast events Carry out program responsibilities which may include, but not limited to: feeding, changing diapers, escorts to bathrooms, overseeing nap time, allowing free play, and cheerfully interacting with children through games, stories, crafts, and play Provide a clean and healthy environment for kids, following all safety policies and procedures Greet parents, establish trust and rapport by building relationships with the children in your care Act as a positive role model and treating each child with dignity and respect Job Essentials: Christ Follower (As a religious organization Seacoast Church makes hiring decisions that are aligned to our faith and beliefs) Must be available to work flexible schedule, including some weekday and weeknight shifts, weekend shifts, and/or holiday shifts A passion for caring for children who can relate well to both the kids and adults Ability to maintain good attendance and punctuality At least one year of childcare experience preferred Live and drive Seacoast cultural values to Love God.
