Clinical Pharmacist skilled in pharmacy and clinical pharmacy
practices, located in Irmo, SC. The position is set in a
rehabilitation setting and involves working as a Staff Pharmacist.
The assignment offers a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday,
lasting approximately 4 to 6 weeks, with a start date as soon as
possible. Responsibilities: Provide clinical pharmacy services
tailored to the rehab patient population. Ensure accurate
dispensing and patient counseling. Collaborate with healthcare
teams to optimize medication therapy. Maintain compliance with
regulatory standards. Qualifications: Licensed Pharmacist with
clinical pharmacy experience. Strong understanding of medication
therapy management. Ability to work effectively in a rehab setting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Schedule: Day
shift Monday through Friday This is a contract position with
arrangements pending but anticipated to proceed smoothly.
