region’s rich heritage. Job Summary: The Real Estate Marketing
Manager plays a critical role in driving demand, generating
qualified leads, and supporting sales growth for Palmetto Bluff
Real Estate Company. Working closely with the VP of Marketing,
Director of Marketing, Experiential Marketing Manager, and Sales
team, this role is responsible for developing, implementing, and
optimizing cross-channel marketing strategies that communicate
Palmetto Bluff’s real estate and membership value proposition. This
role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The Real
Estate Marketing Manager is expected to bring forward new ideas,
identify emerging opportunities, and continuously refine marketing
approaches to attract, nurture, and convert prospective buyers. In
addition to leading the internal production process, this role
serves as a strategic partner to sales and marketing
leadership—helping evolve how Palmetto Bluff Real Estate is
positioned in the market and how leads are generated and advanced
through the funnel. This is a highly visible, influential role that
requires strong organization, creativity, and a proactive,

coverage, and more. Essential Job Functions: Strategy, Growth &
Lead Generation: Partner with marketing leadership to develop and
execute real estate marketing strategies that drive qualified lead
generation and sales revenue. Proactively identify, test, and
implement new lead-generation strategies, channels, and tactics,
refining approaches based on performance and market response.
Continuously evaluate marketing effectiveness, bringing forward
recommendations to improve lead quality, engagement, and
conversion. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align
marketing efforts with business goals and ensure marketing
initiatives support the full buyer journey. Brainstorm and
implement new, creative ways to position Palmetto Bluff Real Estate
Company as the leading firm within the community. Marketing
Execution & Production: Execute the overall Palmetto Bluff Real
Estate Company marketing strategy as directed by the VP of
Marketing and Director of Marketing, ensuring projects are
delivered on time and on budget. Oversee the execution of new real
estate product launches, property positioning, and asset production
strategies. Develop timelines and launch plans for new products,
homesites, and marketing initiatives. Concept and collaborate with
the production team on marketing tools and materials that support
company land sales and resales. Lead the internal production
process and systems, managing calendars, workflows, timelines, and
production personnel. Digital, Social & Campaign Management:
Oversee real estate-focused promotion across digital channels,
including social media, email marketing, paid campaigns, and
website. Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all
marketing touchpoints. Work with internal teams and external
partners as needed to execute campaigns efficiently and
effectively. Manage media insertions, calendar, contracts, and ad
creative. Sales Enablement & Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the
primary liaison between Marketing and Sales, ensuring sales needs,
timelines, and business objectives are met. Create marketing assets
and materials to support the Palmetto Bluff Builder Program and
leverage cross-marketing opportunities. Generate monthly,
quarterly, and annual sales reports in collaboration with the Real
Estate Listing Manager; communicate reports to property owner and
prospect databases. Work closely with the Real Estate Operations
Manager and operations team to develop collateral for Discovery
Packages and educate the Sales team on usage. Manage real
estate-oriented events and activations to bring awareness to
Palmetto Bluff Real Estate Company among property owners and
Montage guests Collaborate with the Real Estate Listing Manager to
ensure all listings are fully and effectively marketed across
channels (social media, promotional materials, paid media, etc.)
Work with the Experiential Marketing Manager and Marketing and
Events Coordinator on strategy for events, both onsite and offsite
and leverage cross-promotional marketing opportunities with the
real estate and builder teams Operations, Reporting & Optimization:
Develop and maintain operational frameworks, calendars, and
tracking systems to support efficient marketing production. Oversee
real estate initiatives on the marketing calendar, ensuring proper
prioritization and execution. Manage and organize all real estate
marketing assets on the marketing server and Google Drive in
accordance with established processes. Generate monthly, quarterly,
and annual real estate marketing reports in collaboration with Real
Estate Sales Assistance. Communicate performance insights and
results to internal stakeholders, including resident and prospect
audiences as appropriate. Team Contribution & Professional Conduct
Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the
Marketing department by offering ideas, recommendations, and
strategic input. Demonstrate courteous, cooperative, and
professional behavior when interacting with members, prospects,
partners, and staff. Actively promote a collaborative, respectful,
and high-performing workplace culture. Qualifications: College
Degree in marketing, business, systems, or another related field
required. Five years of experience working in a similar position.
Familiarity with salesforce.com (or similar CRM system), preferably
experience with Propertybase. Excellent communication skills (oral
and written). Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word,
Excel, Access, and Outlook. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative
Suite. Professional phone skills with excellent customer service.
Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, and multi-task.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical
skills and mindset to leverage database and workflow drive
software. Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly in a dynamic
organization under pressure. Physical Requirements: Constant and
close visual work at desk or on a computer. Constant sitting and
working at a desk. Frequent verbal and written communication with
staff and other business associates by telephone, correspondence,
or in person. Must be able to lift objects weighing between 0 and
30 lbs. Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift Must possess
mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard
office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain

screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over
the telephone. Must be available to travel on occasion to locations
for training and/or conferences for future educational development
